Transaction Currency

All of the prices we list on this online store are shown in Australian Dollars. All transactions and postage and handling costs are calculated in Australian dollars. If you do not reside in Australia it is advised you use an online currency convertor such as www.currencysystem.com

In compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the December 2001 amendments to the ‘Act’ any personal information that is collected throughout your visit to our site will be controlled with the firmest confidence. It will remain secure and will never be on sold or shard with any third party.

Personal Information

In order to process your order www.thompsonclothing.com must collect certain personal information from you throughout your shopping experience in order to finalize your purchase/s and also to have the goods shipped to your nominating address.  We may ask for information such as your name, email and shipping addresses and also your date of birth. All information we request and collect from you remains in the possession of Thompson Clothing and will not be on sold or shared with any third party and or organisation.

Processing your order

In receipt of payment we will process your order and ship it to your nominated address.

All orders made between Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm AWST (Australian Western Standard time) will generally be processed and shipped within 72 business hours of received payment.  Please be advised that any orders placed over a weekend, Public Holiday or national holiday period will be processed on the next business day.

All goods are subject to a quality control inspection before being dispatched. We aim to ensure all goods are in perfect condition, and are then packaged so you receive them in such condition.

Please ensure you notify us within 14 Business days if you are not satisfied with your goods.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Although we hope you have no need or desire to return your Thompson Clothing purchase we are aware that occasionally goods may not meet your expectations.  We will try to accommodate your wish to return or exchange your purchase but please be advised of our return and exchange procedures.

• If you wish to return or exchange your purchase please notify us within 14 days of delivery. (To do so please email us at TpsnClient@fumoso.com.au)
• We will then email you a Return Authorisation form; we ask that you fill out all fields of this form in order for us to process your request.
• Please make sure the garments are returned wrapped up and protected.
• You will need to enclose a copy of the completed Returns Authorisation form in the parcel
• Once we receive the return we will then inspect the goods to make sure your reasons for return are valid and acceptable.

We will offer you an Exchange, or a Refund.

Exchange: We will gladly exchange your garment/s if the size or the colours are incorrect if the item has never been worn and is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Refund: A refund will only be issued if the garment does not match the sample shown to you, is faulty and no repair or replacement can be given or if it doesn’t meet the requirements of the use it is intended for.

We don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision

You can chose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase

Faulty Products

If after the garment has been worn and washed you believe it has a manufacturing fault, it can be sent back for inspection. All washing instructions and fabric care must be followed or we will not accept the return.

In order to return the item, please follow our Returns/Exchange Policy. We will then give you a return address for the garment.

Once the item has been assessed by our quality control staff, we will notify you whether or not the item is faulty and offer you an exchange, replacement or refund.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order this must be done before the order is processed and shipped. We will only accept your intention of cancelling your order in writing, if your order has already been shipped you then have to go through the returns procedure. We will only accept the return if the goods are returned in new condition with all tags attached and the item is to be un-used.  

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time if we judge that it is proposed for commercial resale, or any other purpose we believe inappropriate

Sales Taxes/Handling Charges

All goods purchased from www.thompsonclothing.com a 10% compulsory goods and services tax (GST) is payable by Australian Law. For purchases made by Australian Residents and or Australian shipping Addresses the 10% GST will automatically be included order when processed. However all international customers the 10% will not be charged by us, and you will be liable to pay the valid import/duty taxes on the arrival of your goods. It is your responsibility to research these duty/taxes and you are liable to pay them when you receive your package.

Automatically Logged Information

When using www.thompsonclothing.com there is certain information that will be automatically logged, including your IP address and the browser you are using. This information is only for statistical purposes, it is used only to aid us in further development of our systems and website. The information obtained is in no way joint to any personal information gathered during your purchasing process.
